- Fulfillment of the Administrator’s obligations towards state institutions arising from the applicable laws,

- Making contact by the Administrator with the user on business and marketing matters

You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), if you decide that the processing of your personal data within the scope of this consent violates the provisions of the Regulation. The provision of your personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide the Administrator with your personal data will make it impossible for the Administrator to communicate with you and provide you with services, offers, and information.

- Fulfillment of the Administrator’s obligations towards state institutions arising from the applicable laws,
- Exercising the rights and obligations of the Administrator arising from the conclusion of your contract with the Administrator or a contract concluded with the Administrator by the entity for which you work,
- Maintenance and development of the Administrator’s company, which should be understood as internal reporting, preparing registers and marketing activities
- Making it possible for the Administrator to contact you in matters related to the concluded contract and its implementation
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data will be the requirement to fulfill the Administrator’s obligations under the applicable law, as well as the legitimate interests of the Administrator, consisting in cooperation with the entity for which you work and the Administrator’s implementation of tasks related to the conducted business activity.
The personal data provided by you will be made available to persons working for the Administrator and under the Administrator’s control, as well as may be made available to external entities providing accounting and human resources services, quality management services, management services, and legal services.
Your personal data will be at the Administrator’s disposal for the duration of cooperation between you and the Administrator or cooperation between the Administrator and the entity for which you work, and after this period for the period required by the applicable law or the period needed by the Administrator to protect or to assert the Administrator’s rights.
At any time, you have the right to access, rectify, supplement, delete your personal data, limit their processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object and the right to withdraw your prior consent to the processing of personal data. If you withdraw your consent at any time, this does not affect the compliance of the data processing, which was made on the basis of the consent granted by you prior to its withdrawal, with the applicable law. You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), if you decide that the processing of your personal data within the scope of this consent violates the provisions of the Regulation.
