Fresh meat unloading and grinding system and transport of ground raw material to the buffering system.
System equipped with a pigging system allowing for effective and quick cleaning of the installation after the meat unloading operation.

- delivery and integration of magnetic separators with automatic discharge in case of detection of metal particles in the product
- transport pipe system equipped with pigging systems and CIP system for cleaning the installation

- possibility to transfer product from level 0 to level 1 of the production building without the need to manually transport the product using, for example, an elevator
