Frozen meat unloading, grinding, buffering, weighing, mixing system

Frozen meat unloading system using a semi-automatic system for depalletizing, grinding and pneumatic transport of meat to buffers.

  • shortening of changeover and cleaning times between product/production batch changes thanks to the use of a pneumatic transport system instead of screw conveyors that are difficult to keep clean

Solutions

  • pneumatic transport system ensuring optimal conditions for frozen meat, preventing unfavourable thawing of meat during transport – a system based on Aerzen and Munters devices
  • kombigrinder – a device that processes a block of frozen meat into smaller particles that can be sent using a pneumatic transport system
  • fully automatic raw material transfer process from depalletisation to buffer tanks

Implementation subsystems

Fresh meat/meat pulp transport system

Fresh meat unloading and grinding system and transport of ground raw material to the buffering system. System equipped with a pigging system allowing for effective and quick cleaning of the installation after the meat unloading operation.

Sauce preparation system

A system for transferring sauce solution to the buffering system – transport using pumps. A system equipped with a pigging system that allows for effective and quick cleaning of the installation between different production batches.
