On June 10-11, managers, leaders and directors of iPS Team projects took part in workshops conducted by GORAJ.COM at the Hampton by Hilton Poznań Swarzędz hotel.

Thanks to the Raven 13 team game, based on the principles of gamification (i.e. using mechanisms known from games in the learning process), we were able to experience working in an Agile environment in practice. This form of training makes acquiring knowledge and developing skills faster and more engaging.
