#HygienicDesign: Dead Zones
Dead zones in industrial installations are areas where the flow of liquids or gases is negligible or non-existent.

It sounds good, professional and international 🙂 But what is it about?
It’s simple! Before the Client can enjoy a timely and efficiently operating installation, we assemble and test the whole thing on our premises 😁. We have built and equipped a new production hall especially for this purpose.
Why is it important?
a. We can perform all possible tests outside the target installation and the client’s plant.
b. Downtime related to the start-up is reduced to a minimum.
c. We can also provide training for employees before the start-up.
d. If the Client introduces changes or optimizations during the work, their implementation is also much faster and more realistic than after the completed implementation in the target plant.
e. At the end, but this is the key, everyone saves time, nerves … = money.
To sum up, the #UNAS system is worth considering 😎

In the context of the pet food industry, the issue of hygienic design, or Hygienic Design, is becoming extremely important.

Hygienic design, or design in the service of hygiene… cleverly and with the future use process in mind, we propose solutions in our projects that make it easier to keep the installation clean.

Hygienic and aseptic devices differ in their level of protection against production contamination.

In industrial installations, especially in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, it is crucial to use materials that meet rigorous hygiene requirements.

We are pleased to announce that during the FOODFORUM 2025 conference, organized in Uniejów, our representatives Paulina Grugiel and Marzena Miszczak will be among the speakers.

Thanks to the Raven 13 team game, based on the principles of gamification (i.e. using mechanisms known from games in the learning process), we were able to experience working in an Agile environment in practice.
