Dead zones in industrial installations are areas where there is little or no flow of liquids or gases.
They can lead to the accumulation of deposits, contaminants and even microorganisms, which threatens the quality of products and the efficiency of processes. In industries such as food, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, dead zones are particularly undesirable because they can be a source of contamination.
Therefore, it is crucial to design installations in a way that minimizes their occurrence to ensure the safe and efficient operation of production systems.

The design department unanimously declares: this summer, only one color reigns supreme—WiZARTEC® yellow!

Thanks to the Raven 13 team game, based on the principles of gamification (i.e. using mechanisms known from games in the learning process), we were able to experience working in an Agile environment in practice.

By choosing to work with WiZARTEC®, you are choosing safety, comprehensiveness and experience. Thanks to the synergy of technological solutions that we – WiZARTEC® – provide, and industrial automation implemented by iPS Control®, we can offer complete and integrated design services in one place.

We are pleased to announce that during the FOODFORUM 2025 conference, organized in Uniejów, our representatives Paulina Grugiel and Marzena Miszczak will be among the speakers.

In industrial installations, especially in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, it is crucial to use materials that meet rigorous hygiene requirements.

Before the Client can enjoy a timely and efficiently operating installation, we assemble and ruthlessly test the whole thing on our premises.

Hygienic design, or design in the service of hygiene… cleverly and with the future use process in mind, we propose solutions in our projects that make it easier to keep the installation clean.

Hygienic and aseptic devices differ in their level of protection against production contamination.

In the context of the pet food industry, the issue of hygienic design, or Hygienic Design, is becoming extremely important.
