Flour unloading, storage, weighing, mixing and milling installation for the production process of salty snacks.
Effect
Delivery and integration of a system consisting of:
- automatic system for unloading the product from a truck using compressors
- big-bag unloading system for test production or as a safety solution in the event of a failure of the storage system for any of the raw materials
- air preparation system for pneumatic transport (air temperature and humidity regulation)
- air drying system in storage silos
- flour mixture preparation system using gravimetric weighers
- flour sifting system – consisting of a magnetic separator and a vibrating sifter
- flour milling system using a mill
